What happens if my payment fails?

If you receive a "Failed Payment" message when trying to pay, it means our system was unable to charge your credit card.

Even if you try multiple times, your card will not be charged.

While we cannot control the payment process, here are a few alternative options:

✔ Use PayPal – PayPal payments are free for you, and we cover all transaction fees.

✔ Buy a prepaid Amazon Visa card – Simply activate it, and it will be instantly available for online purchases.
