What happens if my payment fails?

If you receive a "Failed Payment" message when trying to pay, it means our system could not charge your credit card. Even if you try multiple times, your card will not be charged.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the payment process, but here are some alternative options:

✔ Use PayPal – PayPal payments are free for you, and we cover all transaction fees.

✔ Purchase a Cansego Gift Card – Use it to pay for your plan.

✔ Try an American Express Bluebird card – You can load cash onto this card at any Walmart, and it is easily accepted online.

If the issue persists, you may also try using a different credit or debit card.
