How do I get my CAEC diploma?

To earn your CAEC diploma, you must pass all five subject tests:

1. Language Arts – Reading
2. Language Arts – Writing
3. Mathematics (Part I: Without Calculator & Part II: With Calculator)
4. Science
5. Social Studies

Once you successfully complete all five tests, your province will issue your High School Equivalency Diploma. This diploma is recognized by employers, colleges, and government institutions as equal to a traditional high school diploma.

You will receive your official diploma by mail and email from your province’s education department.
